1. Booking and Deposits

  • A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment.
  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • A new deposit will be required for rebooking.
  • No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments.
  • You may be asked to provide valid photo ID at your appointment.

4. Medical Consent and Consultation

  • A full consultation and medical history will be completed before any treatment.
  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or changes to your health prior to treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically unsuitable.

5. Results and Expectations

  • All aesthetic treatments carry individual results. No guarantees can be made regarding the outcome.
  • Results vary based on lifestyle, skin type, and biological factors.
  • Top-ups (if required) may carry an additional charge depending on the treatment.
  • Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed for optimal results.

6. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on completed treatments under any circumstances.
  • If there is a concern about a result, we encourage clients to return for a review.

7. Photography and Social Media

  • We may request to take before and after photographs of your treatment area for record-keeping and potential marketing.
  • These images will only be used on our website or social media with your written consent.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us in writing.

8. Lateness Policy

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the deposit may be lost.
  • This ensures we can provide the best service to all clients without disruption.

9. Product Use and Allergies

  • All products used are CE-certified and from trusted suppliers.
  • While we take every precaution, clients must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities beforehand.

10. Liability

  • While every care is taken during treatment, 4A Aesthetics cannot be held liable for any unforeseen reactions or complications if full medical disclosure is not made.
  • By proceeding with treatment, you agree that you understand the risks involved and have had your questions answered.
